Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh inaugurated the Rashtraparv website and mobile application on december 25, 2024, in celebration of Good Governance Day and to honor the birth anniversary of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

This new platform will offer detailed information regarding national celebrations such as Republic Day, Beating Retreat, and Independence Day.

It includes features like live streaming, options for purchasing tickets, details about seating arrangements, and route maps for attendees.

Defence Secretary Singh emphasized that the website and app, created by the Ministry of Defence, contain a Tableau Management Portal.

This tool will assist states, union territories, ministries, and departments in the creation and finalization of their tableaux for the Republic Day parade.

On Good Governance Day, the Defence Secretary unveiled the Rashtraparv website and its mobile application.

The platform's development involved discussions with states, which requested a portal for managing tableau designs.

Input from Republic Day participants indicated a need for detailed information on parades and events, which the Rashtraparv platform effectively fulfills, enhancing transparency and accessibility.

The website can be accessed at [rashtraparv(dot)mod(dot)gov(dot)in], and users can download the app from the government App Store (M-Seva).

This initiative encourages citizen-centered governance and pays tribute to Vajpayee's legacy on Good Governance Day.
