However, it is known that allu arjun was arrested by the Chikkadapally police in that case. Cases were registered and arrested under various sections. He was taken to jail on the orders of the nampally court. After that, allu arjun came out of chanchalguda jail after the high court granted interim bail. Now the National Human Rights Commission has entered the field in the stampede case. The telangana DGP has recently issued notices to the hyderabad CP to explain the sandhya theater incident.
Advocate Rama Rao filed a complaint with the NHRC, but now it has sought a detailed report of the actions taken. Rama Rao stated in the complaint that the stampede occurred due to Allu Arjun's arrival at the movie premiere show and the police resorting to a lathi charge, which is why revathi died. He said that the boy also suffered serious injuries due to this. With this, the NHRC has taken Rama Rao's complaint into consideration. The hyderabad police Commissioner has been ordered to conduct an inquiry with a senior-rank police officer and submit a report. The notices mentioned that a report should be submitted on the incident within four weeks. With this, the matter has now become a hot topic. Everyone is talking about what the police will mention in the report. On december 4, the organizers staged the pushpa 2 benefit show at the sandhya theater at hyderabad RTC Cross Roads. allu arjun came to watch the movie. At the same time, the fans who came there competed to see him. This led to a stampede. Tragedy struck the family of revathi, who had gone to watch the movie with her family.
