More than 30 people have died in a powerful earthquake in Nepal. A powerful earthquake was recorded at 6.35 am today (Jan. 7), 93 kilometers from the city of Lebuch, Nepal. The public was in a state of panic as houses and buildings shook. A powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.1 hit tibet early on January 7 (Tuesday), with tremors also felt across parts of northern India, as per multiple reports.
As per a report by AFP, at least 32 people in tibet have been reported dead due to the disaster, which collapsed multiple buildings. The earthquake was recorded at 7.1 on the Richter scale. The impact of the earthquake was also felt in North India. It was especially felt in some parts of the states of Bihar, New Delhi, and West Bengal.
In this situation, more than 30 people have been reported to have died in the Tibet-Nepal border due to the earthquake. Since it was a powerful earthquake, the death toll is expected to rise further. The death toll is at 32 as “many buildings” collapsed in Tibet's Dingri county amid the quake, according to an AFP report citing Chinese media. It was also felt in some parts of the states of Bihar, New Delhi, and West Bengal.
