Kerala has revealed the most crime to have occurred in independent India. 70 persons sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl from the pathanamthitta area over five years.
 
The innards of the girl were shattered. She was afraid to file a police complaint. She eventually experienced mental trauma and began to view all males as monsters. She finally plucked up the confidence to share her traumatic experience in school counseling on her eighteenth birthday. The victim's story gave anybody shivers.

A FIR was filed by the girl.

In Kerala's pathanamthitta, a startling incident has been discovered. A girl of eighteen arrived at this police station. The police officers were taken aback by the girl's account in her letter of complaint. The girl reported to the authorities that she had been raped by 70 persons in the previous five years. She would be brought to their home by the accused, who would then torture her. When she was thirteen, the girl notified the police that she had been raped. The pathanamthitta Child Welfare Committee has received the FIR since the girl is a juvenile.
 
65 suspects are detained

N Rajeev, the district president of CWC pathanamthitta, stated that CWC has filed a complaint on this matter with the pathanamthitta SP. Investigations have begun, and charges have been filed at several police stations around the area. In the pathanamthitta district's sexual abuse investigation, police have detained 65 individuals thus far. According to the police, some additional persons have not yet been taken into custody. According to the police, the other defendants will shortly be taken into custody and imprisoned. Under the severe provisions, cases have been filed against the defendant. The entire situation is being investigated by DSP-level police officials.

In 2019, rape occurred for the first time.

The victim claimed that a male attending her school had sexually assaulted her for the first time in 2019. I was just 13 years old at the time. The girl was then blackmailed and became the victim of desire when the sexually assaulted guy told his pals about her. The girl was chosen to do sports. The girl informed the coach about her experience after joining the sports team. However, the coach turned the girl into a victim of his passion rather than offering assistance. The girl told her family about being raped. However, they also subjected the girl to sexual abuse.
 
The girl knows most of the accused.

The pathanamthitta Child Welfare Committee chairman, rajeev N., claims that the girl initially disclosed the sexual assault at a school counseling session. The Child Welfare Committee stepped in and a police complaint was filed. Coaches, students, and neighborhood people make up the majority of the accused who sexually attacked the youngster. Under the POCSO Act and other provisions, cases have been filed in a number of the district's police stations. The Child Welfare Committee is presently in custody of the girl. Committee officials are calling for all of the suspects to be punished. The police are also acting.
