Social media was furious with a Pakistani doctor and content developer for posting a video criticizing China. He said in the video that on his first day in the Asian country, he felt like throwing up and that the place smelt awful. His video sparked a barrage of sarcastic comments.

A YouTuber on instagram who goes by Fani said, "Why does china smell so bad?" He says in the video that on his first day of flying from dubai to china, he was met by an unpleasant stench. He claimed that once he arrived in the nation, everything just got worse.
 
According to Fani's instagram account, he presently calls china home. He goes on to say in his video that after moving to the country, he became accustomed to the smell. He adds that this "foul smell" is not exclusive to china and can equally be an issue while traveling to european nations.

How did social media react?
Social media didn’t take kindly to the video and slammed the doctor. One individual wrote, “I have been living in china for many years, but I never faced the problem of bad smell. Chinese people have good hygiene. I think you smelled your own smell, that's why.”
