Anushka-Virat's Rs 32 Cr Alibaug Bungalow First Look:

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s stunning new bungalow in Alibaug has recently captured the spotlight, offering a peek into their lavish lifestyle. Virat was spotted at the Gateway of india jetty, returning to mumbai after spending time at their peaceful holiday home, just a day after Anushka's return from the same property.

According to Architectural Digest, the couple’s holiday home, designed by the renowned SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects) under Phillippe Fouche, sits on an 8-acre plot they purchased for Rs 19 crore in 2022. The 10,000-square-foot villa is a luxurious blend of thoughtful design and opulence.

The bungalow features a temperature-controlled pool, jacuzzi, four bathrooms, a custom-built kitchen, a spacious garden, staff quarters, and covered parking. Its interiors highlight Italian marble, Turkish limestone, and pristine stones, adding to its sophisticated elegance.

A video shared by Instant bollywood gave fans a glimpse of the bungalow, which was adorned with flowers for a puja ceremony. The video also showcased priests and puja essentials being brought to the property. Virat had previously shared insights into the construction of the villa in July 2024, revealing that it took 12 months to build and carefully design the interiors and landscaping to create the perfect retreat.

This Alibaug villa adds to the couple's already impressive real estate portfolio. Their mumbai residence spans 7,171 square feet and is valued at Rs 34 crore, while Virat also owns an Rs 80 crore mansion in Gurugram.

Married since 2017, anushka and Virat are parents to two children: daughter Vamika, born in 2021, and son Akaay, born in february 2024.

On the professional front, anushka is set to make her big-screen return with Chakda Xpress, a biopic on cricket legend Jhulan Goswami. This marks her comeback after her 2018 film zero and her cameo in Qala (2022).
