Partnership with China..!? Headache for India..!?

Bangladesh continues to clash with our country on the border. At the same time, that country is showing closeness to Pakistan. As a next step, bangladesh has expressed its interest in buying F-17 Thunder fighter jets jointly manufactured by pakistan and China. This is seen as a problem for our country. An interim government has been formed in bangladesh under the leadership of Nobel prize winner Muhammad Yunus. Since the formation of this government, there has been a crack in the relationship between our country and Bangladesh. This is because Muhammad Yunus and those in his interim government have a stance against our country. Attacks on minorities including Hindus are happening in Bangladesh. The interim government is ignoring this. Moreover, the government of that country has started spreading opinions against our country on social media using religious fundamentalists. Similarly, the government of that country has started activities against our country in collaboration with Pakistan. Due to this, the relations between the two countries are currently affected.
In this situation, Bangladeshi security forces officers went to pakistan yesterday. A team led by Lieutenant General SM Kamarul Hasan, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of bangladesh, went to the Pakistani capital Islamabad. In Islamabad, he met with the Chief of Staff of the pakistan Air Force, Marshal Zakir ahmed Babar Sidhu. During this meeting, they discussed improving bilateral defense cooperation. Similarly, talks were held on strengthening military relations. Apart from that, bangladesh has shown interest in purchasing the JF-17 Thunder fighter aircraft, which was manufactured in a joint venture between pakistan and China. bangladesh is currently using F-7 and MiG-29 fighter aircraft. Maintaining these aircraft is expensive. Due to this, bangladesh has shown interest in buying new JF-17 fighter jets. This JF-17 fighter jet, produced in a joint venture between pakistan and China, is a 4th generation aircraft. It is designed as a light aircraft with a single engine. This aircraft can be used for interception and attack. It can perform tasks including ground attack, attack on ships, and reconnaissance in the air. This aircraft can fly at a speed of Mach 1.6. For pakistan, this aircraft is the most modern aircraft. This is why bangladesh has shown interest in buying JF-17 fighter jets.

This is seen as a problem for India. Our country has a 4.5-generation aircraft called Rafale. This aircraft is more modern than the JF-17. However, experts who closely follow international politics say that this decision by bangladesh could create problems for our country on the border.
