The building is spread over an area of 1.55 acres. This property is under Crystal Group's residential project The Atlantis in Oshiwara. amitabh bachchan bought the duplex apartment in Mumbai's Oshiwara in april 2021 for Rs. 31 crore. It was sold in january 2025 for Rs. 83 crore. This is a 168 percent increase in value. According to the IGR registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the premium duplex apartment has an area of 5,704 sq ft and 5,185.62 sq ft. It also has a spacious terrace of almost 4,800 sq ft. It also has six mechanized car parking spaces. The sale transaction has been charged a stamp duty of Rs. 4.98 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
According to the IGR lease documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment was rented to actress kriti sanon in november 2021 for a monthly rent of Rs. 10 lakh and a security deposit of Rs. 60 lakhs.
