Patancheru, miyapur, Alwyn X Road, Madinaguda, Chanda nagar, Jyoti nagar, BHEL, RC Puram, and Beeramguda are among the stations that are being considered. The goal of the project is to improve connection and reduce traffic congestion.

These names and places are only suggestions, though, and might change in the future.

Additionally, this development would increase hyderabad metro's connection by 50 kilometers from patancheru to Hayathnagar.

The route chart for the second stage of Hyderabad's metro extension, which would link LB nagar and hayat nagar, was previously released by HMRL.

Six metro stations will be part of the new line, which will be built across 7.1 kilometers. The present hyderabad Metro network, which already consists of Corridor I, which runs from miyapur to LB nagar (29 km), and the Miyapur-Patancheru line (13.4 km), is expanded by the additional route to Hayath Nagar. With the inclusion of the Hayath nagar line, the overall linked distance—from patancheru in the city's northwest to Hayath nagar in the southeast—will be around 50 km.

The project's completion date has not yet been disclosed.
