The Citadel: Honey bunny actress recently shared a little, personal routine on social media that has enabled her to get through all of these difficult times.
 
Samantha posted several images to her instagram account, the most prominent of which shows her journaling her emotions.
She provided a closer look at her notebook, in which she records her daily thoughts of appreciation, among other things, in the photographs that follow. A sense of pure joy was evoked by the post's final image, which showed a stunning sunset view from her house.
 
The Rakt Brahmand actress sent a lengthy letter along with the photos, sharing how writing has helped her get through some of the most trying times in her life.
 
She talked about how writing has allowed her to reflect on where she is at that moment in time and plan for what could come next in her life.
 
"I've been doing this small ritual for the past two years, and it's what's helped me get through some of my hardest times," she said in a quote from her caption. It's straightforward yet effective: pausing to consider where I've been, where I am, and where I'm going.
 
She continued by saying that although many people may find it impossible to put their thoughts and feelings in paper, it becomes simple with consistent practice and a talent for writing and taking notes.
