Many individuals demanded an inquiry into the incident after watching the tape, which left them unhappy and worried about the passengers' food safety and cleanliness. See the video below,
"Train ki chai," the video's overlay text said. The man starts the little video by setting his container on an indian toilet and then giving it a good cleaning with the jet spray. Ayub, a content creator, shared the video on instagram with the description, "Train ki chai."

Users were enraged by this and criticized indian Railways for the hygienic and clean food preparation on the trains.
 
As one individual put it, "I mean come on, you can't even trust and drink tea from a vendor." Incredulous.
 
Another person said, "This is disgusting! How is it possible for anyone to consume tea made under such circumstances?
