In his announcement of the party's main pledges for the 2018 delhi Assembly election, aam aadmi party (AAP) leader arvind kejriwal made fifteen promises in an effort to win a third consecutive term. The manifesto prioritized public service enhancements, job creation, and social welfare programs.

According to kejriwal, the first assurance calls for increased job possibilities. arvind kejriwal accepted the official figures showing that the capital's unemployment rate is low, at only 2% as opposed to the 6% national average. But even one jobless individual was too many, he argued. "I want no one in delhi to remain unemployed," he stated. "When our children study and cannot find work, it causes great distress," he stated.

Kejriwal acknowledged that he had not cleaned the Yamuna, but he promised that if elected, he will do so within the next several years.

The AAP chief promised to implement the Ambedkar scholarship scheme, which would "cover the cost of education, travel and stay of Dalit students wanting to study at any international university."

Additionally, he promised to provide free bus transportation for kids, mentioning "a 50 per cent rebate in delhi Metro for school/college students in the capital."

The Mahila Samman Yojana, which offers qualified women Rs 2,100, will be implemented, the party claims.

The Sanjeevani Yojana, which ensures access to medical care in both public and private institutions, would be introduced by the party for elderly adults 60 years of age and above.
