Numerous IT businesses are expressing interest in opening operations in vizag after the coalition government took power in Andhra Pradesh. Companies like google and other well-known brands are eager to open headquarters in the seaside city. While at Davos, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and IT minister Lokesh signed agreements to establish a number of facilities in the city, including a data center, global business center, AI development center, chip manufacturing unit, and global capability center (GCC).

It should go without saying that all of this requires adequate infrastructure. Thus, the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority's (VMRDA) iconic towers are being prepared. The facility will be officially opened by the cm during the first week of February. In the center of the city, a ship-shaped structure is being constructed. Five of the eleven stories will be used for parking, while the other six floors, totaling 1.65 lakh square feet, would be used for official functions.

The building will be a cutting-edge construction with plenty of parking and ventilation. The building's aesthetic appeal is also being examined. Large areas have been prepared for data incubation centers and global capability centers, and the plan is to lease the space to MNCs and GCCs. To build vizag City's brand, the state government is now searching for a well-known company to take control. The cm is expected to make a significant decision now that he has returned from Davos.
