Email Bomb Threat To delhi Public school Triggers Panic In Nacharam

Panic gripped delhi Public school (DPS) in nacharam on wednesday after the institution received a bomb threat via email. The email was addressed to the official ID of the school chairman Malka Komaraiah.
Malka Komaraiah is also a bjp MLC candidate for the Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad-Karimnagar Teachers' segment.
However, the email led to immediate action from school and security officials. The bomb squad rushed to the school and searched the entire campus, as per a report on india Today. Multiple units of Rachakonda police, and Telangana police, along with bomb and dog squads, swiftly responded and conducted thorough searches. As a precautionary measure, students were sent home during the operation.
Later, the police revealed that no explosives were found on the campus. They also declared that the campus was safe. A case has been registered at nacharam police Station, and an investigation is underway to identify the sender of the email.

School authorities told the Times Of india that the situation has returned to normal and there is no cause for panic. This email threat also marks the second bomb threat to a school in hyderabad this year. Notably, a similar threat email was received by the school a few weeks ago, which also turned out to be a hoax. Officials confirmed that the email IDs used in both incidents were different.
On Monday, four schools in karnataka received a bomb threat via email. Of the four schools, three of them were located in Mangaluru while the fourth school was a private residential school based out of Udupi. Immediately, security checks were carried out and all the students were evacuated from the buildings. However, later, the threat was found to be a hoax.
