Who was Maharaja Chhatrasal?
Chhatrasal belonged to the Bundela Rajput clan and was a warrior monarch. He spent 60 years of his life fighting the Mughal Empire, for which he is famous. The Bundelkhand was created by Chhatrasal.
 
The warrior king fought in up to 252 battles between the early age of 22 and his death at the age of 82. There were fifty-two significant conflicts among them. He prevailed in every conflict and ultimately overthrew the nation's Mughals. In addition to being a highly regarded leader, a protector of art, culture, and religion, and an inspirational poet, he devoted his life to the struggle for independence. The only known Hindu Maharaja to demonstrate love for all people by his actions is Chhatrasal. Among Hindu Maharajas in medieval india, he made a name for himself as a humanitarian.
 
Lost parents At The Hands Of Mughals
Due to the Mughals' activities, Chhatrasal lost both of his parents, Champatrai and Laad Kunvari (also called Sarandha), when he was just 12.5 years old. He struggled greatly after being left homeless and receiving little help from anyone. He nonetheless persisted in working for his community's well-being. Chhatrasal fought against the Mughal emperor aurangzeb in 52 major engagements during his lifetime, starting at age 22 and ending at age 82.
