Thalapathy Vijay's 69th movie debuted with a first look poster in the morning and a second poster in the evening. The two posters are being viciously assaulted. Even fans don't like it since they think it's fake. Vijay, who just started a political party, wants to utilize this movie as a platform for his campaign. Vijay has been the target of social media trolling ever then. Some referred to the famous scene in Enga Veetu Pillai when mgr corrects individuals with a whiplash.

They humorously questioned whether Vijay would make fun of himself or use the lash to "fix" dishonest politicians. To further harass Vijay, other internet users have posted humorous videos. bjp politician Annamalai, who recently made fun of himself by lashing out at himself, was likened by some to him. An overly political message may turn off moviegoers, who go to movies primarily for enjoyment, even though combining politics and entertainment might succeed.

In the name of film, people don't want to see a three-hour political campaign. The poster was criticized for missing the typical cinematic appeal, and the title Jana Nayagan (People's Leader) sparked questions about whether the movie would further Vijay's political goals. Instead of a political satire, they were hoping for a mainstream entertainer.
