Since the annual budget session takes place on february 1st, this year's budget will be presented by Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman at the start of February. Significant adjustments will be made to UPI-related regulations and LPG gas cylinder prices starting next month. These modifications are as follows:
 

Price changes for LPG
 
All around the nation, LPG rates are updated on the first of each month. LPG cylinder prices are updated by oil marketing firms. It is important to remember that any change in cylinder pricing has an immediate impact on the average person's wallet. In addition, oil marketing organizations lowered the price of the 19-kilogram commercial cylinder on january 1.
 
Changes about UPI
 
There will be yet another significant modification to the UPI regulations. Certain UPI transactions will now be blocked by the National Payments Corporation of india (NPCI). Regarding this, a circular has already been released. The new regulations will take effect on february 1st, 2025.


Transactions using IDs composed entirely of special characters will no longer be allowed as of next month. According to NPCI, the transaction ID will only contain alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) as of february 1. The payment will be unsuccessful if a transaction ID is produced using any other characters.
 
Maruti automobiles are pricey.
 
The cost of maruti automobiles will rise. In light of growing input and operating costs, maruti Suzuki india Limited (MSIL), the nation's largest automaker, has stated that it will raise the pricing of several automobile models by up to ₹32,500, effective february 1st. Alto K10, S-Presso, Celerio, Wagon R, Swift, Dzire, Brezza, Ertiga, Eeco, Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, XL6, Fronx, Invicto, Jimny, and Grand Vitara are among the vehicles whose prices will go up.
