Shah Rukh Khan is now working on king, an action movie that will be released in theaters the following year. Notably, Sujoy Ghosh, who was initially slated to lead the movie, was replaced as director by siddharth anand last month. Following Pathaan, one of the highest-grossing movies of 2023 with about Rs. 1,000 crores at the box office, king will be SRK and Siddharth's second joint venture.

Social internet is already buzzing with a video of SRK talking about king while attending the Global village in Dubai. He added that the project is being filmed in mumbai and dubai and described siddharth as a very tight director. SRK went on to say that siddharth cautioned him from telling anyone anything about the movie, but that viewers can be sure they will be amused at the end of the day.

Following the superstar's announcement that Shah Rukh Khan will be playing king on film this time, his admirers began applauding. abhishek bachchan is one of King's incredible star cast members and would be crucial. The narrative must, however, be compelling enough to keep the audience's interest through to the very end; otherwise, it would be another failure in SRK's filmography.

Particularly since Zero's 2018 flop, SRK has been extremely picky about the movies he chooses to make. He took a long vacation for this reason, and when he returned with Pathaan, he regained his lost fame. Given that king will be released over three years after SRK's last movie, Dunki, it appears like SRK is making every effort to make sure his fans won't be let down. Everything now hinges on the trailer, which must be visually appealing and feature the music, which has always been a standout feature of SRK movies. It remains to be seen if King's massive opening can top the records set by Jawan and Pathaan.
