An Israeli architect who is now a yoga expert gained notoriety by tracing the relationship between food and the spiritual through old Vedic eating customs. She emphasized the advantages of utilizing the right hand, which improves digestion and energy flow while promoting traditional eating habits.

Maayan Ben Dov (Durga) posted on Instagram, asking, "What happens to your energies when you eat with your hands on the floor?" In her explanation of the advantages of eating traditionally, she stated that "Crossed legs prevent the energy from leakage." The title of the film states, "We want to eat when the right nostrils are active, which stimulates the digestive and eliminative process."

"Then we use the right hand (when the right nostril is active, this is the hand that has active energy charge)," said Maayan Ben Dov, who says he is a qualified master of yoga and Meditation by the international Shivananda yoga Vedanta Organization. Additionally, the energy of five elements is carried by each finger of the active hand at a separate frequency. Additionally, it imparts the vitality of five elements to food when it comes into touch with it.

According to the caption of the video, Maayan Ben Dov offers regular courses to people who want to develop a healthy lifestyle and enhance their health and well-being. She asserts that asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mantras all help to balance the body and the psyche. Positive energy, mental and physical fortitude, self-assurance, and tranquility are all imparted by these disciplines.

She demonstrated her connection to Alambhusha by stating, "The right-hand
forms the Vyana Mudra, which stimulates the work of the stomach and the large intestine."

"I am also an architect specializing in Vastu Shastra, an ancient Vedic science of designing healing houses by aligning with the energy flows and vibrations of the universe," according to her LinkedIn account. She quit her prestigious work as an architect in Tel Aviv to live in Madurai, tamil Nadu, according to her LinkedIn page. She has devoted her life to yoga after finding comfort in its ancient teachings.
