Any obstacle, including the GATE test, may be conquered with genuine commitment and diligence. Here is the motivational tale of Ashritha Mula, a young woman who earned an All india Rank of 36 on the GATE test and proceeded to earn her MTech from the indian Institute of Science (IISc).
 
She was offered a job with an annual compensation package of Rs. 52 lakh after earning her degree.
 
From a remote village to IISc
Ashritha was raised in a secluded telangana hamlet where her family's only source of income was farming. She was unsure of her professional path after finishing the 12th grade, or Intermediate. She loved music and athletics, but she didn't know what she wanted to do with her life.
 
Her LinkedIn profile states that she chose to enroll at Jyothishmathi Engineering college to pursue a BTech degree after consulting with friends. Ashritha decided to focus on hardware engineering even though the majority of students were lured to software engineering.
 
Achieving MTech at IISc
In order to gain admission to the indian Institute of Science (IISc) for an MTech program, Ashritha made the decision to take the GATE exam. She received an All india Rank (AIR) of 3,000 on her first try, though, which was insufficient to get admission to the prestigious IITs. She decided to put in more effort and improve her preparedness rather than give up.
 
Her LinkedIn profile states that she retook the GATE exam in 2022 and received an outstanding All india Rank of 36. She received employment offers from prestigious companies like ISRO, DRDO, BARC, and NPCIL as a result of this accomplishment.

Job offer with Rs 52 Lakh salary
Ashritha was adamant about focusing on hardware engineering even after receiving several esteemed employment offers. At IISc Bangalore, she pursued an MTech in VLSI, which greatly improved her chances of finding employment.
 
She obtained a lucrative position at NVIDIA with an annual compensation package of Rs. 52 lakh after earning her MTech. For both her and her parents, who had always considered farming to be the sole feasible professional path, this was an incredible accomplishment.
