One of the most dedicated performers in South indian film is kannada superstar Yash. He began his career at a very lowly position and rose to become one of Kannada's most well-known celebrities. kgf represented the apex of his professional life. The second part went completely wild at the movie office, eventually grossing over Rs 1100 crore, whereas the first part was a respectable blockbuster.

The problem here, though, is that Yash's upcoming movie, Toxic, isn't doing well at all. The movie has very little going for it in the telugu and probably hindi markets, but we don't know how well it will do in the kannada market. Few people are even aware that this movie exists, especially in telugu areas. That makes sense in one sense, given that yash is not well-known here, but it's important to remember that yash headlined kgf and deserves much more credit and attention.

After seeing kgf, the apex of his career, yash needed to capitalize on it with exceptional strategy and marketing. However, he lost momentum after kgf 2 because, for some strange reason, he wasted his time making his next movie. In the end, he chose a relatively unknown filmmaker who doesn't contribute anything to the movie's market. yash made a complete mess of everything, from the project schedule to the technical decisions.

Despite being a diligent and astute operator, yash required far greater preparation and execution. It remains to be seen if the anticipation will build before the release, which would be the best course of action. However, given the film's little penetration, even that seems improbable.
