Which recent blockbuster movie starring a youthful, non-nepotism star did you see? Are you having trouble finding one? It appears that there is a significant shortage of performers in bollywood between the ages of 18 and 30, particularly those without a family history in the film industry. industry insiders include Khushi Kapoor, ananya Pandey, Junaid Khan, sara Ali Khan, and aryan Khan, the next generation of bollywood stars. The truth is that very few producers are prepared to take a chance on performers without a star family history, regardless of how much we argue about nepotism vs skill.

Only a small number of manufacturers are prepared to take the chance. However, it has been successful when they have. Abhay Verma was selected by Maddock Films to feature in the popular movie Munjya. Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, and Sparsh Shrivastava were cast by kiran rao and aamir khan in the Oscar-nominated Laapataa Ladies.

For years, actors like the late sushant singh Rajput, Ayushmann Khurrana, and siddhant chaturvedi had to fight to establish themselves in the business. Nonetheless, a star child appears in most of the hindi movies we currently watch. All of them receive the cushion of opportunities, which increases their visibility to the public, even when some only display skill.

This raises the issue of whether Bollywood's future is bleak. Is there really room for hard effort and undeveloped potential now that the up-and-coming faces are being supported? Even while some of the younger generation has produced some excellent films, the number of squandered opportunities is far more than the number of hits. For bollywood, this transitional phase is extremely important as it will shape its future.
