It is believed that the photo was released to test the capabilities of Helios. It was only said that it has high-energy laser capabilities. No other details were disclosed. Helios is short for High Energy Laser Integrated Optical Dazzler and Surveillance. This 60 kilowatt high-end energy laser can attack targets at the speed of light and was developed by the world's leading company Lockheed Martin.
