He said, "In the congress model, the policy of Family First is paramount and that is why their policies, their speech and behavior have been spent in handling that one thing only."

During his address, the prime minister also mentioned a poem about the Emergency period. He said, "It is very dark, now the sun should rise, this weather should change in whatever way possible. The lamp will light up again, my country should not be sad, the lamp will light up again. The darkness will set." He said that Neeraj ji had recited this poem during the congress era. When the congress era was in power in 1970, a collection of Neeraj was published at that time.
