With Final Destination Bloodlines, a movie that could surprise everyone at the box office, the horror genre is about to undergo a significant upheaval. The Final Destination brand is returning after a 14-year hiatus, and preliminary speculation indicates that it may be one of the biggest releases of 2025.

The first teaser for the movie, which opens in cinemas and IMAX on May 16, 2025, has been published by Warner Bros. This sixth part, which was directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, follows Stefanie (Kaitlyn Santa Juana) as she attempts to end a deadly cycle that has plagued her family for many generations. Teo Briones, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, richard Harmon, and the late Tony Todd in his last performance are all featured in the movie. The suspenseful and startling death scenes that have been a hallmark of the franchise will return, according to the teaser.

A tattoo artist (played by Harmon) gets ensnared in a terrible series of events in one particularly memorable scene, which foreshadows the film's dramatic and unexpected tone. Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor wrote the screenplay, while Jon Watts, Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich are the producers. Final Destination Bloodlines has all it takes for a huge box office run, especially considering how well horror series have done lately. This may be one of the biggest surprises of the year, based on first comments.
