Why Trump's plan is not possible?

In such a situation, where will the Palestinians live for 21 years, who will give them shelter, will the Muslim countries agree to this? If America sends its army there, then the war in the Middle east may increase instead of stopping. In such a situation, Trump's plan to 'develop Gaza' can create many problems.
Secondly, America had earlier always recognized the two-nation theory between palestine and Israel, but Trump's statement is now being seen as a departure from that policy. America, which was once a supporter of the independent and sovereign Palestinian nation, is now talking about occupying a part of it.
However, white house press secretary Caroline Levitt has said that President trump believes that America should be involved in the reconstruction of Gaza to ensure stability in the region, but this does not mean deployment of troops on the ground in Gaza. In such a situation, the whole world is watching what America and trump plan next because the world is looking towards America for the future of Gaza and the people of Gaza as well as global peace.
