A new trailer for Thunderbolts* was recently published by Marvel Studios. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has had a significant week. Marvel has released a new look at the Thunderbolts* characters in action following a significant incident that preceded the release of the first teaser for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The new MCU footage features beloved characters like Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, and others. They are accompanied by the first look at Sentry, one of Marvel's most formidable characters, who will make his MCU debut in the next Marvel movie.

More of Marvel's Thunderbolts* tale is revealed in the teaser, where Valentina Allegra de Fontaine tells congress that the Avengers won't arrive to stop a new threat and that the Thunderbolts will be the squad that steps up to the plate. The primary antagonist of the movie isn't revealed in full, but the trailer does hint at a significant narrative twist.

The reason the squad gathers is revealed in the Thunderbolts* teaser. Sebastian Stan's character Bucky Barnes needs a squad to assist him fight a huge new menace that threatens to destroy New York City. In the past, Bucky was confirmed to be the Thunderbolts' field leader by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige. That is further supported by the trailer. It also demonstrates how Sentry, portrayed by Lewis Pullman, would probably experience a transformation of his dark side at some point in the movie, making him the main danger of the movie and one of the most potent new heroes in the MCU.

Millions are killed by Sentry's evil side, the Void, in the comics. A flying figure who turns people into shadows and kills them, together with an unidentified darkness encroaching on New York, suggest that the Void will be the main plot surprise in the MCU film. Additionally, the new Thunderbolts* teaser reveals that a significant MCU riddle will be resolved in the movie. After a few years, it was discovered that Avengers Tower was purchased by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. In addition to earlier inside pictures featuring the Thunderbolts, the latest video features outside shots of the iconic MCU landmark.
