Disney+Hotstar is receiving positive feedback for their new project, "The Storyteller." After a lengthy production snag, the film is now available on OTT, and fans are really enjoying it. paresh rawal and adil hussain give outstanding performances in this rendition of Satyajit Ray's "Tarinikhuro." Satyajit Ray's short stories have already been turned into over-the-top (OTT) material. A few years ago, Netflix introduced its own anthology called "Ray," which received both praise and criticism.

With four parts helmed by three distinct filmmakers, "Ray" was an anthology that inevitably divided viewers. The program was not well received by bengali fans, who saw it as blasphemous since it darkened and sexualized Ray's children's stories. It appears that people prefer a more accurate adaptation than an experimental one, and the Storyteller need not be held accountable for these mistakes. The most popular adaptation of the series was "Hungama Kyun Hai Barpa," an episode by abhishek Chaubey that was the closest to the book.

Hotstar defeated Netflix in the adaptation game for its attempts to explore with the story, and now The Storyteller is responding better than Ray. watch out this space for more updates in this regard.
