The most sought-after music director in South indian movie right now is Anirudh Ravichander. Although he is balancing several tollywood, Bollywood, and kollywood projects, there is rising fear that he is giving tamil films more importance than telugu ones. His dedication to tamil films appears to be unwavering, while telugu producers are experiencing delays as a result of his hectic schedule.

An example of this is the movie The Paradise, which stars nani and has music composed by Anirudh. The crew is currently awaiting Anirudh's background score, but director Srikanth Odela has already completed the launch trailer. vijay deverakonda and gowtam Tinnanuri's VD12 was in a similar predicament. The title teaser has been delayed because of Anirudh's busy schedule, even though he gets along well with the filmmaker. In a similar vein, Gowatam's music is also planned for Magic, another project.

The primary worry at this point is that if promotional material is delayed, re-recording during the last phases of these movies may become much more difficult. According to recent sources, Anirudh has also been asked for music for forthcoming movies by Chiranjeevi-Srikanth Odela and Balakrishna-Gopichand Malineni. He has not yet provided a confirmation, though.

It's unclear how much time he can devote to telugu movies given that he already has big tamil films in his schedule, including Jailer 2, Coolie, Jana Nayagan, and indian 3. tollywood filmmakers are now waiting for him to become available. Concerns are heightened by Anirudh's recent performance in tamil except Vidaamuyarchi and Vettaiyan.

This begs the question: why are telugu producers expecting something exceptional from Anirudh if he is only producing substandard music in Tamil? Is his reputation now more valuable than the movies? Devi Sri Prasad, meantime, has demonstrated his durability with Thandel. His songs and BGM were the film's greatest assets, even if it was mediocre. He still has what it takes to rule for another four to five years, based on his recent efforts. Filmmakers should concentrate on local talent that is aware of the pulse of telugu cinema rather than pursuing tamil composers who don't appear to prioritize the telugu business.
