On the other hand, it is said that the supply of chicken eggs to Anganwadi centers in east godavari district has been stopped in the wake of bird flu. Meanwhile... Samples taken from dead chickens in various parts of ap have been sent to the National Institute of High-Security Animal Diseases in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Out of these, samples sent from farms in Peravali in east godavari district and Velpur in west godavari district have been found to be positive for Avian Influenza (H5N1 - Bird Flu).
