On the internet, a TikTok video by @Laylafshonkar is receiving a lot of attention. She is shown in the video leaving her gold jewelry on the bonnet of her dubai automobile and leaving for half an hour. The jewelry is still there when she gets back. The movie emphasizes how theft is almost impossible in dubai thanks to its stringent rules, CCTV monitoring, and facial recognition technology.
The video was uploaded by notorious indian film industry figure Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK), who contrasted India's safety with Dubai's. He asserted that the reason dubai is safe is that its citizens are honest, but indians are not. Many internet users were offended by his remarks because they believed he was disparaging his own nation.

People's reactions were brisk. "You were born in India, achieved fame here, and now that you have money, you insult the country," one person said. Very depressing. "Then go settle there instead of wasting your time here," another person responded. Many emphasized that rigorous law enforcement, not morals, is what ensures Dubai's safety.

One response said, "Honesty isn't the point. The stringent laws are the issue. people like you would be the first to voice their displeasure if equivalent penalties existed in India. KRK has a reputation for saying things that are controversial, and this time was no exception. But his remarks simply made more people dismiss his opinions as insulting and without merit.
