What kind of challenges is the Modi government facing on the India-Bangladesh border, the Center told in the Lok Sabha.

Why could the fencing not be done?
The Union minister said, "864.5 km of the India-Bangladesh border is still to be fenced, including 174.5 km of trench area." Regarding the incomplete fencing, he said, "The border with bangladesh remains partially unfenced due to challenges such as difficult terrain like marshy land and landslide-prone areas."
