Actress pooja hegde has a large list of genres she would want to work in, including superhero films, children's films, and action movies. pooja debuted as an actress in the tamil movie "Mugamoodi" in 2012. The hrithik roshan film "Mohenjo Daro" marked her hindi film debut in 2016. By 2025, the actress has acted in several films across a wide range of genres. But according to pooja, there's "still a lot left".
"I want to do an action movie where I do the action," she told india Herald. Character dramas and intriguing personalities are my favorites. A mother-daughter or father-daughter narrative would be wonderful for me to do. I would really want to work on a friendship project. Since the genre isn't widely explored in the nation, the 34-year-old actress revealed that she wishes to work on a children's movie. Growing up, I always liked watching Harry Potter and anything involving magic, so I wanted to develop something for kids. We haven't actually done any research on the genre in India."

She continued: "I feel why do we like to watch movies like either we find ourselves that we want to be like the hero of the film or we feel represented by the person playing us and we feel like 'this is like me and I am not alone' or we want to be empowered by the people that we are watching on screen and it's important for women out there to have good women characters to look up to." She said, "So, there's a lot I have not done," in closing.
