The real estate market in northwest hyderabad emerges dominant
According to the survey, the northwest area of the city saw the greatest unit sales.
In 2024, its sales accounted for around 70% of the city's total sales. Sales of 45,405 units of Rs 71,926 crore were registered in the region.
Madhapur, Miyapur, Manikonda, Serilingampally, Tellapur, Narsingi, Patancheru, and Gandi Maisamma are among the areas where these sales were noted.
Sales in other regions
In addition to northwest hyderabad, transactions occurred in other real estate areas. They were, nonetheless, somewhat lower.
9,109 apartments of Rs 29,342 crore were sold in southwest Hyderabad. It encompasses places like Balapur and Katedan.
Sales in Hyderabad's northeast and southeast, however, were comparatively modest. Sales in the southeast region of hyderabad were 4,384 units, compared to 6,279 units in the northeast.
Sales in northeastern hyderabad totaled Rs 7,147 crore, while sales in southeast hyderabad totaled Rs 5,522 crore.
