Nikita Dutta has not eaten these things for 13 years!
Be it actors or actresses in the bollywood world, fitness is their priority. Common people also want to have a figure and slim fit body like them by getting inspired by these celebrities. In today's era, staying fit is not only a necessity but has also become a hobby. Jackie Shroff's daughter krishna Shroff and actress nikita dutta have talked specifically about fitness at the india Summit 2025.
Sharing her views on workout, Matrix Fight Night founder krishna Shroff said- 'It is very important to understand that people do gym for two hours. But doing too much gym shoots out the stress hormone. If this happens, then your water resistance becomes very low. So a workout of 45 minutes to 1 hour will be beneficial.'
Three pillars of fitness
John Abraham once said that diet, exercise and sleep are the three pillars of fitness. Do you agree with this? On this question, actress nikita dutta said- 'I would say diet, exercise and rest which also includes your sleep. I completely agree with this because no one else can give you such a formula. You have to balance all three parameters.'
'Listen to your body as to what is beneficial for you'
Talking about diet for common people, krishna Shroff said- 'I would say consistency is the key. Fitness is something that may not work for me or may not work for you. Make mistakes and listen to your body as to what is beneficial for you. It is not possible for me to sit here and give a speech to someone that it is beneficial for everyone. But I believe in consistency. If you feel that you can go out of the house for a walk for 30-45 minutes every day, then it will be better for you.'
'I haven't touched instant noodles for 13 years'
Nikita Dutta further told that she hasn't eaten instant noodles for 13 years. She said- 'One thing that I have been following for 13 years for a good and healthy lifestyle is that I swear and I feel proud that I haven't touched instant noodles for 13 years. No Maggi, I haven't touched any biscuits. My theory is that they contain preservatives.'
