"The young couple decided to be married after dating for more than a year. Their parents have yet to come forward, and the man is a laborer. "What matters now is that we were able to save them," Sahu told The indian Express.
According to Additional Superintendent of police Vivek Kumar, Khan's allegation led to the filing of a formal case against the named individuals for attacking the victim. "We are investigating the incident and looking into the role of lawyers as well, the officer added".
