Ashley St. Clair, an influencer, has sued tech mogul Elon Musk for paternity. She has applied for exclusive custody of her son, who is five months old. Musk hasn't recognized this child in public yet. The Manhattan supreme court received the lawsuit applications on Friday.

The court has been asked by St. Clair to declare Musk the child's father.  According to the New York Post, she has also insisted that Musk be had to submit to dna testing to verify his paternity.  The records she submitted state that this kid was conceived in january 2024 while she was visiting St. Barths.

Musk has met the kid three times—once in texas and twice in Manhattan—and was not there for the birth, according to St. Clair's separate custody application.  She further said that Musk was not interested in seeing the youngster or getting his photos.

A picture of St. Clair clutching a kid and purported correspondence between her and the CEO of tesla are included in court filings.  In one message, a contact stored on St. Clair's phone as "EM" replied, "Everything okay?" after she shared a photo of herself and the baby.

The response from St. Clair was, "He's absolutely perfect."  "EM" responded, saying, "I'm excited to meet you and him this weekend.  Dozing off.  I hope you get well soon.

After St. Clair shared a photo of herself, "EM" stated in another message, "I want to get you pregnant again."  He said, "Hmm, okay," in response to her communication concerns.  However, I do intend to have a large family.

According to St. Clair, she omitted the father's name from the birth certificate out of caution.  According to her, Musk has stated that he "receives credible death threats every day."

Ashley has not publicly addressed this topic, although she and Musk have been leaving comments on one other's posts.

The CEO of SpaceX had earlier reacted to a social media post in which Clair was accused of plotting to "trap" Musk for years.  All he could say in answer was, "Wow."

Clair commented, "Elon, we've been trying to reach you for the past few days, and you haven't responded," in reaction to Musk being embroiled in this rumor.  Instead of publicly reacting to the false defamation of someone who shared a picture of me in my underpants when I was fifteen, when will you answer to us?"
