In honor of international Women's Day on march 8, prime minister Narendra Modi said on sunday that he will give women achievers from a variety of backgrounds access to his numerous social media accounts. Modi stated in his monthly "Mann Ki Baat" speech that these accomplished women will discuss their experiences and efforts on his social media platforms.
 
His words, "Let us celebrate and respect the indomitable spirit of women," praised the growing number of women in many fields.


On march 8, 2020, the prime minister made the same gesture by giving his social media accounts to seven prominent women from various disciplines.
 
Modi is one of the most popular world leaders on social media, with tens of millions of followers on X, YouTube, and Instagram, among other sites.
 
For india to become a fit and healthy nation, the prime minister again reiterated his call for citizens to take action against the rising obesity epidemic.
 
He cited studies to support his claim that one in eight persons suffers from obesity and that the number of obese people has increased in recent years.
 
The fact that it has quadrupled among youngsters is even more concerning, he continued.


Modi urged people to reduce their oil use by 10% and promised to ask ten people to do likewise.
 
 According to him, each of them may then present a comparable challenge to ten other individuals.
 
 To encourage people to take action against obesity, the prime minister played audio messages from several well-known figures, such as Olympic gold winner Neeraj Chopra.
 

To commemorate National Science Day on february 28, Modi also encouraged listeners to spend "one day as a scientist" by seeing planetariums or research labs.
 
Similar to science and space, artificial intelligence, or AI, is another area where india is quickly establishing a strong reputation.  I just traveled to paris to attend a major conference on artificial intelligence.  India's advancements in this field were lauded by the international community.  He said, "We are also seeing examples of how people in our nation are using AI today."
