There has been news of a phony IT business defrauding job seekers.  The firm closed after offering high-paying positions.  Kalva Bhargav founded Neogen Soft Tech Solutions, spending thousands of dollars to place job seekers.  Bhargav had prior HR expertise and was familiar with the hiring and placement procedures used by IT companies.
 
Bhargav created phony appointment letters and deceitful techies using this expertise.  Additionally, he wrote appointment letters and purchased resumes from training and counseling facilities.  After this, he would interview software candidates online and demand payment.  In the process, he reportedly made thousands of rupees.  After a while, the techies began to question their decision and began requesting a refund.
 
Neogen Soft Tech Solutions shut down at that point.  After receiving a complaint, the madhapur police confiscated two phones, five forged appointment letters, two forged ID cards, and Rs 1 lakh in cash from Bhargav.  In Lalaguda, Jeedimetla, madhapur, and Kalvakurti, Bhargav already has four cases scheduled.  The police have advised job seekers to avoid falling for these fraudulent businesses.  They added that anyone requesting money in exchange for a job had to be reported.
