It used to be uncommon for two star-driven films to be released under the same brand just a few days apart, but during Sankranthi 2023, Waltair Veerayya and Veera simha Reddy of mythri movie makers altered the rules. Both of the movies became huge hits. Currently, the production company is using a similar strategy throughout India.

With Ajith's Good Bad Ugly and Sunny Deol's Jaat, both slated for release on april 10, mythri movie makers plans to duplicate the tactic. Particularly following Vidamuyarchi's (Patthudala) failure, Good Bad Ugly is creating a lot of hype.  With trade experts projecting a ₹100 crore opening assuming the picture receives great reviews, the enthusiasm has been further heightened by leaks from director Adhik Ravichandran's team.

In the meantime, Jaat, Sunny Deol's sequel to Gadar 2, is expected to be well received in North India.  It is anticipated to draw mass-action fans and might bring in ₹500 crore in revenue from both theatrical and non-theatrical rights because it has no serious competition. Mythri Movie Makers might earn a double jackpot once more if both movies take advantage of their excitement, demonstrating that simultaneous celebrity releases can be a successful box office strategy.
