Madharasi, directed by AR murugadoss and starring Sivakarthikeyan, is reportedly nearing completion with just 12 days of filming remaining for the climax scenes. The company has already begun post-production work on the film.  The film's official release date has not yet been disclosed by the crew.  Trade analysts claim that the reason for the delay in announcing the release date is simply that no OTT platforms have yet to purchase the film's OTT rights.
 
There is already a lot of talk that Netflix is interested in purchasing the film's over-the-top rights. The Madharasi team will formally reveal the film's release date when the OTT agreement is signed.  The title of the Madharasi movie, which was announced a few days ago, has received excellent reviews from viewers.
 
With the huge success of Amaran, Sivakarthikeyan, who is currently in his prime, has entered the kollywood big leagues.  However, the business of the Madharasi film has not yet been finished, and trade analysts attribute this to AR murugadoss, whose past few films were box office failures, even if he is now getting back on track.  However, we will have a firm idea of the Madharasi movie's premiere date once the OTT contract is signed.  Let's see whether Madharasi turns out to be a huge hit and if Sivakarthikeyan's run of success continues.
