Many indians have chosen to move overseas in search of better job opportunities and financial stability. With opportunities for both financial success and career progress, nations including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and singapore have become popular travel destinations.

Nevertheless, this shift frequently presents a unique set of difficulties.  Many indians experience homesickness and the anguish of being apart from loved ones as they attempt to adjust to the new culture.

Indian businessman Aniruddha Anjana, co-founder and CEO of ArcAligned, recently shared the touching explanation behind his choice to return to india after more than ten years in the United States.  Mr. Anjana said on instagram that he was returning home to take care of his elderly parents, despite common misconceptions about visa problems or losing his job.  He explained that his desire to be present for his loved ones was what motivated him to return, not job losses, uncertainty about his visa status, or difficulties in his work.

Many people assumed that I must have lost my job or encountered visa problems when I last tweeted about moving back to india after more than a decade in the united states because my parents needed me.  The instagram video's description said, "But the true reason was that I wanted to spend time with my parents—who gave up so much for me—knowing they would never ask me to return."

"This was the only reason I came back, and after a year, I can confidently say it was the best decision of my life. I have definitely added years to their lives-and to mine,'' he added.

In an earlier post, he reflected on what prompted him to leave the United States. He described feeling drawn into a monotonous corporate lifestyle, where he was losing his sense of identity and becoming increasingly robotic. This realisation sparked his decision to break free from the corporate grind and seek a more fulfilling life.
