Following the huge success of love Today, pradeep Ranganathan comes back with another strong performance, Dragon, which was directed by Ashwath Marimuthu and opened in theaters yesterday. The film has received overwhelmingly great reviews from viewers. box office analysts estimate that pradeep Ranganathan's Dragon made over 5.5 crores on its first day in tamil Nadu, which is a very respectable first day's haul and fairly comparable to the day one receipts of several tier 2 star films.
 
More than 100 crores have been made at the box office worldwide by love today. Many trade analysts had predicted that pradeep Ranganathan would be a one-time wonder and that Dragon would not make such a large sum, but Dragon is making a lot of money, and the majority of tamil Nadu's theaters are reporting full houses today.  Additionally, social media users noted that pradeep Ranganathan is the new Sivakarthikeyan, pointing out that whereas Sivakarthikeyan amassed a sizable fan base during his earlier career, pradeep Ranganathan is currently accomplishing the same with consecutive blockbusters.
 
On its second day of release in 2025, Dragon has already surpassed all previous films in terms of revenue.  Let's wait and watch how Dragon does at the box office in the days ahead to see whether it becomes another pradeep Ranganathan film to earn 100 crores.
