Ashwath Marimuthu's highly awaited Dragon film, starring pradeep Ranganathan, opened in theaters yesterday to overwhelmingly good reviews from both reviewers and viewers. love Today, pradeep Ranganathan's most recent film, was a box office hit and has made over 100 crores globally. It was both his acting and directing debut.
 
 After Netflix purchased the OTT streaming rights to love Today, the OTT audience praised the film as well, and love Today garnered a significant amount of views for Netflix.  In a similar vein, AGS Productions secured a 4-week OTT window for the Dragon movie, and Netflix also purchased the OTT streaming rights.


Audiences are responding quite favorably to Dragon, and box office pundits predicted that the film had a good chance of earning over 100 crores globally.  Given that movies that receive such high reviews in theaters will attract more people to streaming services following its OTT release, it appears like Netflix has struck gold with Dragon.
 
 Dragon (Return of the Dragon in Telugu), the most recent film by young kollywood actor-director pradeep Ranganathan, is doing very well at the box office in tamil Nadu and beyond.  With a total of over Rs 25 crore, the movie is aiming for the Rs 100 crore milestone.

 Shankar, a trailblazing kollywood filmmaker, praised Dragon and the film's crew on X last night.  "Dragon is a stunning film.  Superb writing.  Bravo to Ashwath, the director.  Every character has a lovely, comprehensive journey.  The star director remarked, "Prabdeep once again shown his amazing talent and demonstrated that he is a powerful, soulful performer as well.
