Users are once more expressing indignation over Prime Video India's new device limitations policy.  Unrest among subscribers is increasing daily as M9 news keeps covering customer input.  One Prime Video membership will permit five devices, including two TVs, in accordance with the new regulations.  This was acceptable to users.  However, all of the issues arise since the platform does not let the removal of more than two devices every month.

Users are requesting that the platform amend its regulations.  Some people even think it would be better to reduce the two TVs restriction to two "concurrent" televisions.  The process's complexity and incomprehensibility are another grievance raised by some.  Numerous social media posts express people's confusion about why, despite having a membership, they are unable to watch on their devices with Prime Video.

Perhaps the platform should start reconsidering its device constraints.  Prime appears to be losing subscribers as a result of the strategy, rather than benefiting it.  Prime ought to be more aware and concerned about client pleasure. If Prime Video, doesn't do something about it, the users might switch to another OTT or move to pirated websites and social media.
