Pushpa: The Rise's success in the hindi market was largely due to manish Shah, the creator of Goldmines Telefilms. A local action movie became a ₹150 crore hit in the North thanks to his distribution efforts. Everyone thus anticipated that he would attack again when pushpa 2: The Rule was revealed. However, Shah left the project, and there was much conjecture as to whether this was a premeditated action or a squandered chance. Simple money disputes were the solution. Shah got a substantial sum of money after purchasing the hindi rights to pushpa 1 for about ₹30 crore. However, the producers, Mythri movie Makers, want a cut of the profits from the film's popularity in Hindi.

Manish Shah declined, claiming that the success of the movie was mostly due to his dubbing and marketing.  Unable to reach a compromise, the agreement broke through, and pushpa 2's hindi distribution rights were purchased for ₹200 crore by Anil Thadani's AA Films.  Pushpa 2 made history even though manish Shah left.  Pushpa 1's ₹150 crore was more than doubled by the hindi version's ₹829 crore.  With ₹1,255.76 crore at home and ₹1,871 crore globally, it broke all previous records and became the highest-grossing indian film ever, surpassing even Baahubali 2.

It's difficult to determine if Goldmines would have had an impact given the movie's popularity.  Ultimately, it was just business.  He missed out on becoming a part of a classic smash because he played it safe.  Even while his cautious approach may have lost him this time, his history indicates that he will return shortly with another great event.
