'Deva', a recent mass action film, has made pooja hegde very happy recently.  Regretfully, the actress did not appear in action scenes even though she was in an action movie.  Pooja Hegde, however, has stated that she would want to work on a variety of genres, including action, kid-friendly, and slice-of-life movies.
 
"I want to do an action film in which I am doing the action," pooja hegde said when discussing her desire to work on action movies.  I adore compelling dramas and compelling personalities.  "I'd love to do a father-daughter story or a mother-daughter story," she added, getting into the slice-of-life genre. I would really want to work on a friendship project.  "I'd love to do something for children because growing up, I always loved watching Harry Potter and something to do with magic," pooja hegde said in reference to working on a children's movie.  We haven't actually done any research on the genre in India."

"I would also someday do a Captain Marvel kind of story where I am the superhero," she said.  "I think the reasons we enjoy watching movies are that we either want to be like the protagonist, we feel like the character portraying us is representing us and we're not alone, or we want to feel empowered by the characters we see on screen. It's crucial that there are strong female role models for women everywhere.  I haven't done a lot of things," pooja said.
