With the recent launch of the new JioHotstar streaming platform, fans saw an exciting OTT merging between JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar.  This new merger also includes prior streamable collections, with a number of fresh items on show.  A number of users have voiced their displeasure with the censoring measures following the merger, as fans adjust to the new and better streaming behemoth. The experience of many viewers is being disrupted by the censorship of recently introduced shows for indian consumers.
 
 A number of profane terms are suppressed in the online series The White Lotus.  JioHotstar appears to be filtering HBO material for indian consumers, according to multiple reports.  People voiced their dissatisfaction by raising concerns about the advantages of over-the-top (OTT) platforms and the reasons behind their censorship of profanity.
 
Users also mentioned that, considering JioHotstar's present censoring issue, piracy was a preferable alternative.  These censoring measures have made piracy their go-to remedy; it is unclear if the OTT behemoth will take any action to change these changes in the future. OTT viewers had differing opinions on the most recent episode of Ek Badnaam Aashram.  The sudden finale has generated conflicting opinions, despite bobby Deol's menacing depiction of baba Nirala continuing to impress.  While some fans think the climax is disappointing, others like the high-stakes drama and power conflicts.
