The speaker further said- But I am not insulting any individual, so I am not taking anyone's name. The speaker said that I request all the members that if you see any of your colleagues doing this, then stop him right there.
He said that understanding what I am saying, this is the Vidhan Sabha of all of us. This is not just the Vidhan Sabha of the Speaker. Its responsibility is of all 403 members. This is the Vidhan Sabha of 25 crore people of UP. It is our responsibility to keep it clean. After the Speaker gave this information in the Vidhan Sabha, some members said that the name of a certain member should be taken, to which Satish Mahana said - No, I will not take anyone's name. But if the person who has done it comes and says that he has done it...he should come and say that he has done it, otherwise I will call him.
