Nowadays, users are contrasting jio Hotstar's user interface with those of foreign services like Netflix and Prime Video.  On social media, they are griping about jio Hotstar's inferiority to Netflix or Prime.  AppleTV's streaming is also seamless.  They claim that at the very least, Hotstar's tv app needs to be updated right away.
 
However, all of these apps are global and have undergone numerous technical updates.  Even after merging two indian OTT services, jio Hotstar still has a lot of work ahead of it.  The merger is still in its early stages, and jio Hotstar hasn't had a great first impression. The platform must take note of the grievances that people are voicing on social media, even though it will take some time to become as quick with its technical operations.  To enhance the user experience overall, these are legitimate comments that need to be considered seriously.

They will need to respond quickly to these demands and criticisms in order to improve their technical interface and compete with services like Netflix and Prime in India. apple tv streaming is absolutely flawless so far.  Jiohotstar needed more updates to ensure a smoothelss transition.
